Clients retain ownership of their business data, branding, content, and any deliverables specifically identified as transferred. Source code, reusable components, platform technology, hosting infrastructure, and third-party services remain subject to the applicable licensing and contract terms. Subscription or platform access does not include source-code ownership unless the agreement explicitly states otherwise.
